What to expect
The course will be held on 4 Wednesday evenings and 1 Saturday morning in Windhoek.
It covers the following topics:
- Pregnancy and care during pregnancy
- Normal birth process, birth supporting behaviour, and birthing positions
- Pain relief, C-Section, and other operative procedures
- Post-natal period and baby care
- Breathing exercises, pregnancy gymnastics, and massage
- Benefits and establishing of breastfeeding
- Common breastfeeding problems and how to solve them

We welcome and recommend both mum-to-be and her partner to attend the course to prepare and learn as partners.
It allows you to spend time together, connect with other couples, to learn how to support your partner during birth, and how to prepare for labour and breastfeeding.

Course Fee
N$ 1650.-
needs to be paid in advance to secure your space.
Enquire with your medical aid if they will reimburse the cost of the course or part thereof.
